Common questions

Which orders show up in the queue?

Every unfulfilled order line item that has a customer customization (engraving, monogram, colour, note, or an uploaded file), grouped by product. Plain items with no customization are intentionally hidden.

Does “mark produced” fulfill the order?

No. Produced status is tracked separately from Shopify fulfillment, on purpose — it reflects what you’ve made at the bench, not what’s shipped. Fulfill in Shopify as you normally would.

What data does the app read?

Orders only — and only the fields needed to make the item. It never reads customer names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers. See the privacy policy for the full list.

Can I batch by colour or size instead of product?

Yes. Use the “Group by” dropdown to switch from product to any property value, so you can make all the Gold ones, or all the size-M ones, in one pass.

Why is an engraving flagged?

The app warns when an engraving contains emoji or special characters that may not engrave cleanly — so you can confirm with the customer before you cut the blank.
